Steve and Sandra came to Catch The Fire Toronto in 1994 from the Baptist tradition where they pastored in four congregations, including two church plants. They joined the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship team walking with them when TACF became Catch The Fire. In time they became senior leaders at CTF Toronto for many years. Together they have a desire to see people released into ministry and to see the kingdom of God impact peoples lives.

They have since transitioned into being Catch The Fire Ambassadors.
